2009年度ゼミ連インタビュー第一弾は・・・
国際コミュニケーション学科GG(グローバル・ガバナンス)コース３年、
末田ゼミの三矢佳佑くんです！

１、ゼミについて

◎末田ゼミに入った理由を教えてください。
何よりもまず、末田先生の人間性に魅かれていたことが大きな理由です。
ビジネス系のゼミと迷っていたのですが、実践より教養を学ぶことが大学生のうちは重要だと思ったので、末田ゼミを選びました。

◎先生のどんなところが好きですか？
観察力があるところ、人に対して常に平等であろうと心がけていらっしゃるところです。
ゼミを決める際に、先生に「別のゼミと迷っている」という本音を打ち明けたところ、快く相談に乗ってくれたことをよく覚えています。ゼミの二年間という長い期間を考えると、ゼミの内容より先生を重視すべきだと思いました。

◎ゼミに入る前と入った後で変わったことはありますか？
物事を客観的に見る力がついたと思います。
研究をすすめる上で、ゼミの幹事として全体を見渡せるよう、心がけています。

◎これからのゼミでの目標を教えてください。
ゼミとしては、懸賞論文で賞をとることです。個人としては、そのゼミの目標に向けて幹事という仕事をまっとうすることです。皆が研究をすすめる上で煮詰まってしまった時に、いかに自分が光となれるかが重要であると考えています。また、誕生日会や飲み会などのイベントをできるだけ増やし、アットホームで楽しいゼミにし続けたいです。
　

２、大学生活について

◎学内で力をいれたことは何ですか？
私は大学生活において、数々の授業におけるプレゼンテーションの作成に力を入れました。「聞き手が五感で“良いな”と感じるようなプレゼンテーション作り」を常日頃から心がけています。授業内で、最優秀の発表として表彰されたときはとても嬉しかったです。

◎学外で力を入れたことは何ですか？
二つあります。まず、アルバイトです。二年半結婚式場でリーダー職として働いてきました。アルバイトの仕事はもちろん頑張りますが、それだけでなく、リーダーとして常に「みんなが働きやすい環境」も目指して頑張っています。これまでに、メンバーの親睦も兼ねて、キャンプやバースデーパーティなど数々の企画をしてきました。
次に、自主的に集まってきた学生団体での活動です。現在は、「日本の文化」と「人とのつながり」からインスピレーションを得て、学生ならではの商品を作り上げている最中です。商品制作から、ＨＰ制作、さらに営業活動まで学生自身が自主的に行っています。

◎その学生団体の活動において、目標は何かありますか？
ホームページで５万ダウンロード達成することと、gigazineという情報サイトに取り上げてもらうことです。

◎その学生団体の活動において、身に付いたことは何ですか？
スケジュール通りにディレクターの指示を実行する難しさを知りました。
また、自分は営業・広報を担当しているので、そのスキルがこれから身に付くと思います。


３、オススメ授業

末田先生の授業全てはもちろんのこと、小林先生の「パブリックリレーションズ」という授業がオススメです。先生が面白く、この授業に集まってくる人たちのレベルが高いからです。私は国際コミュニケーション学科に入学前のイメージと入学後の現実のギャップを埋めることを目的にパンフレットを作りました。この授業では、ターゲットの視点に立って物事を考える能力が身に付きました。


４、後輩へのメッセージ

「これだったら自分は負けない！」というものを身に付けてください。何でもいいですし、大きいことじゃなくてもいいと思います。自分の強みをつくることは、就職活動においても社会に出ても、最も大切であると考えます。

I have really learned some new things through your blog site ゼミナール連合 Weblog: 末田ゼミ　三矢佳祐さん.
