国際シンポジウム‐様々な国際協力‐これから先、私たちにできること－

国際経済学科中兼ゼミナール主催で青山祭期間中に「国際シンポジウム」を開催します。

テーマ　「変わるグローバル戦略－開発の現場は今－」

開催日　　　11月4日（日）　青山祭２日目
開催時間　　11:00～12:30　
開催場所　　青山キャンパス　1135教室　
※当日は先着となりますので、お早めに会場にいらしてください。30分前より入場予定です。
途中入場不可

シンポジウムには矢部優慈郎氏（現JICA総務部）、筧武雄氏（現横浜銀行アジア室顧問）、
鏑木伸二氏（現国際協力銀行）の三人にお越しいただき、中兼和津次教授をコーディネータ
ーとして、どのようなプロジェクト、お仕事をされてきたか、これからの日本の開発援助、
政府金融、民間投資のグローバル戦略について話していただきます。
　
直接、講演者から実際の仕事のお話や、日本の国際協力、グローバル戦略の今後について
聞くことで自分の将来の進路に新たな選択肢を増やし、国際協力、開発の現場についてより
確かな認識ができるようになると思います。

JICA、横浜銀行、国際協力銀行の三者が集まり、学園祭中の講演会、という形で気軽にお話
を聞けるチャンスはめったにないのではないのでしょうか。

国際協力に興味のある方や将来関わってみたいという方、グローバルに活躍したい方はぜひ
ご参加ください♪


- 講演者　プロフィール -

矢部　優慈郎　
　現JICA 総務部広報室。1990年4月JICAに就職　青年海外協力隊派遣を担当。1994年から
2年間外務省へ出向し、アフリカへの援助の計画立案、実施を担当。1996年からJICAの在外
事務所管理や鉱工業分野のプロジェクト管理を担当。2000年から3年間エチオピアに勤務。
各種プロジェクトの立案、実施を担当。

筧　武雄　　　
　現横浜銀行アジア顧問室長。横浜銀行入行。20年間銀行に勤務し、一貫して日本の中小・
中堅企業の中国ビジネス支援に従事した後、2002年に独立。横浜国立大学経済学部講師等
を経て、現在はフリーコンサルタントとして、講演・執筆活動を積極的に展開。国際協力基金に
在籍。企業視察団をラオス、カンボジアに率いる。

鏑木　伸二　　
　現国際協力銀行。旧日本輸出入銀行入行、海外投融資相談室（現中堅中小企業支援室）、
ジャカルタ次席駐在員を経て現在、国際協力銀行開発金融研究所 海外投資研究班 主任研
究員。ラオス、カンボジアの開発援助に携わる。
