第３回スポーツ大会実行委員会開催

本日の昼休みに、第３回スポーツ大会実行委員会MTGを開催しました。

本日確認したことは、
①景品について②大会の備品について③参加人数について
です。

①景品について
参加人数にもよりますが、豪華な景品を考えております。景品は実行委員会で考え中です！
また、参加賞として参加してくれた方々全員にカロリーメイトをプレゼントいたします！

②大会の備品について
備品についても実行委員内で係を決めました。現在係を中心に準備をしております。

③参加人数について
各ゼミの幹事の方に、本日を参加人数報告の第一締め切りとしております。
私のほうまで参加人数を送っていないゼミ幹の方は至急連絡をお願いいたします。

大会まであと２週間を切りました。みなさん、よりよい大会運営ができるようがんばって
いきましょう！
