概要：　ウィチタ州立大学のグリン・M・リミントン博士とマーラ・アラジック博士は、画期的なオンラインツール、「視点共有シミュレーター（試訳）」を開発しました。このシミュレーターは、第三の場での学び（Third Place Learning, TPL）の一環として、異文化コミュニケーション能力を高め、地球市民に欠かせない複合的な視点を養うことを目的に開発されました。今回の講義とワークショップを通して、参加者の皆さんは、この「視点共有シミュレーター」について理解し、TPL環境でシミュレーターを実際に活用する方法を学びます。さらに、TPLモデルを用いながら、異文化コミュニケーションを分析する方法について、議論も行います。

ABSTRACT: Glyn M. Rimmington and Mara Alagic (Wichita State University, Kansas, USA.) have developed an innovative online multilingual learning tool, the Perspective Sharing – Perspective Taking (PSPT) Simulator, as part of the Third Place Learning (TPL) environment. It is intended as a tool for learners to improve intercultural communication competence and develop multiple perspectives as preparation for becoming a world citizen. In lectures and workshops, participants will learn about and practice PSPT. Participants will learn how to implement PSPT in the TPL environment. Finally, there will be a discussion of analytical methods for studying intercultural communication using the TPL model.

使用言語：英語（通訳はつきません。17日のSession 2では、日本語、中国語、ロシア語、ヒンディ語でのシナリオ執筆が可能です。）
LANGUAGE: English（In Session 2 on the 17th, you can write a scenario in Japanese, Chinese, Russian or Hindi language.）
